If the answer to both questions is yes, then the right place for you opened in Kolonaki!
The moment we learned that a new place opened in Athens, we jumped for joy and went to try it, as we always do. To be honest, we hadn't had good memories of Kolonaki, since the places we have tried there had small portions, which for us is the worst thing possible. On the contrary, we really enjoyed Ante Post's food, because it was filling and tasty!
Let us show you exactly what we tasted:
So, at first we didn't know what salad to choose from, because all of them seemed appetizing. We ended up ordering tuna salad (and it was a wise decision), which was one of the best tuna salads we had ever tried.
We also order a cheese and cured meat platter, which was the biggest suprise! Trust us, we love this kind of platters and we order them whenever we can, but this one was exceptional! It had 5 different kinds of cheese and 5 different kinds of cured meat with awesome flavour! Our favourite was chorizo, which we rarely find in places in Greece. Oh! One more thing... the sauce in the middle was simply excellent and it was a great combination with the breadsticks.
Our main dish was luscious penne with chicken and dried tomato. It was simply amazing, since the flavorful dried tomatoes were a great addition! Moreover, we really liked the fact that one more place in Athens serves pasta the right way, al dente!
Last but not least, we also tried two cocktails, that made our experience even more delightful!
