CORONAVIRUS - Tips and Tricks



Always remember: 
  • Wash your hands well for at least 20 seconds.
  • Do not touch your face, if you haven’t washed your hands first.
  • Do not go out unless you have a serious reason.
  • When you go out, try to keep the appropriate distance.
  • Use antiseptic with at least 70% concentration of alcohol.
  • Researches have shown that novel coronavirus can live on top of paper surfaces for up to 24 hours, on top of stainless steel (forks, spoons, etc.) and plastic for 2-3 days and in the air for 3 hours.
  • There is small chance for the virus to be transmitted through fabrics or from and to pets.
  • Eat well and try to receive the appropriate amount of vitamins by consuming fruit and vegetables.
  • Behave like you are already a carrier, because it takes a while for the virus to show symptoms.  
 There are many things you can do at home, especially if you have internet. 

You can: 
  • Read a book. There are also e-books, online magazines or articles that can keep you company.

  • Watch movies or series. Probably, there are a lot of movies that you couldn’t watch because of your job but now it’s the right moment! There are many subscription services, where you can watch movies easily, such as Netflix. You can also do a movie marathon!

  • Start learning a language or a musical instrument. There many articles, videos and mobile applications to do it.

  • Play the card games you love in specific sites, where you can play with other people or with your friends.

  • Clean your house. You used to clean your house every one weekend or two, now you have plenty of time. You can clear your wardrobes, change decorations, find clothes that you don’t use anymore and donate them.

  • Watch TV. But there are many series that you loved when you were young and want to watch them again. You can do it on web TVs.
  • Make a call with your friends or family via social media such as skype, discord, messenger.

  • Play with your lovely pets. Now is the chance to give them the love they deserve.

  • Start a distance learning seminar. Or study for a seminar you have already started. 
  • Exercise at home. There are a lot of articles, videos and applications with easy exercises at home without any equipment.

  • Play new games on your PC or consoles or replay your favorite ones.
  • Watch cooking videos. You can learn how to cook better and you have plenty of time to try new recipes you always wanted.

  • Buy things from online shops. Not being able to go out for shopping doesn’t mean that you cannot order from your favorite shops online.
  • Sleep more than before. It’s your chance to relax and stay in bed for as much as you want.

  • Watch travel videos. It’s a great idea to watch travel destinations you would like to visit after this difficult situation. Check out our channel! We have a lot of travel videos there!
